Well, for some people who doesn’t know what is outsourcing
it involves the transfer of the management and or day-to-day execution of an entire business function to an external service provider. Outsourcing means the company contracts other organization to perform their tasks that are traditionally done by the staff of the company. This is done when an organization or company needs more personnel. But it is the decision of the organization whether to hire more employees or to outsource the functions. In this way It allows business to fully manage and focus on the growth of their organization. It eliminate distractions and force themselves to concentrate on their core competencies.

It benefits a lot to the company in terms of improving efficiency by lowering the cost of their production without sacrificing high quality, service and speed which the company aims. Outsourcing also gives the company better control over difficult functions. Another reason for outsourcing is to minimize the fluctuations in staffing that may occur due to changes in demand for a product or service. Therefore It is highly recommended to any organizations particularly small businesses to involve in outsourcing thus it really help to the success of their operations.
